WebBlacktail is good but you'll lose a good amount of ammo, it lacks of power. Red9 is really good for everything but you need the handle for accuracy. Used them both in seperate playthroughs and settled on the Blacktail as my favourite handgun. Red 9 is great too, but you need the damn stock. All the other handguns are shit imo.
