WebAug 27, 2024 · PROBLEM #3: In order to add resistance u add a weight disks on to the metal rod thats sticks out on both sides of the machine. I am having a difficult time adding and removing weights on or off the rod. They seem to get stuck on the red plastic end cap thats on the tip of the rod. This only happens on one side of the machine.
