WebI have the same hardware, with the same config (ish) to yourself and devices with set netbios names are reporting, DNS is recording and adding my suffix. Only difference I can see is my system name-server is ommited, yours is set to 127.0.0.1... this shouldn't matter though, dnsmasq runs independantly of this variable.
