WebApr 11, 2024 · Now I merge feature_A into master and work further on feature_B. Finally, I am ready to merge feature_B into master as well. When trying to merge changes I got a lot of merge conflicts. I wonder what is the best process to avoid conflicts and still have a nice git/PR history of changes? WebI made a PR to a library and while merging conflicts I accepted the changes that made to the files from master and tried to update my branch to sync with the master using command git fetch upstream git merge upstream/master --no-edit git push and named this commit : merge with upstream and then pushed it!
