It stalled at 100% during reboot forever. After resetting, it looks like it ran and worked on the next reboot. I ended up doing a Windows Repair (in place install of Windows on the existing system).

I tried to run a mnual backup, again it failed due to a volume snapshot error. I ran Chkdsk from within Vista (I told it not to fix errors).
